Whereas, this citation acknowledges Narconon Arrowhead for their commitment in providing much needed rehabilitation and prevention services to Oklahomans. For 24 years, Narconon Arrowhead has been part of our community. You have served some of our most vulnerable individuals and thereby the State of Oklahoma.

Whereas, your substance abuse treatment program based on the works of L. Ron Hubbard is opening a path to a new life for people around the world, serving thousands of lives, reuniting families and helping communities across the state. Your prevention education programs are putting the truth about drugs in the hands of our youth and helping them make healthier choices.

Whereas, as an international training center and a flagship for the Narconon network of centers across 16 countries, Narconon Arrowhead is not only helping Oklahomans but also those in need across the nation and worldwide. We are proud to have Narconon Arrowhead in our district and look forward to our mutual mission to create drug free lives for good. In recognition of all your good work, it is my honor to present this Citation to Narconon Arrowhead.
