Alcohol is a drug, in every sense of the word, and just because it is legal in the United States and other countries does not mean it is harmless.
With dangerous drugs like heroin and meth making inroads into communities all over the country, it’s easy to forget that alcohol is one of the most dangerous drugs there is. Narconon New Life Retreat in Louisiana did its part this spring by setting up an alcohol abuse awareness display in its local library.
