Narconon Aurora: Anniversary Events and Expert Commentary in Lombardy

Narconon Aurora is a drug and alcohol rehabilitation center outside Osnago, in the Province of Lecco, about 40 minutes northeast of Milan in the Lombardy countryside. The center occupies a former fortress that was later converted into a country villa and renovated for rehabilitation, drawing people from across Northern Italy. It runs the Narconon program: a drug-free withdrawal, the New Life Detoxification in the center's sauna, and the life skills training that follows. Aurora is one of the Italian Narconon centers organized under Narconon South Europe. It is led by Executive Director Paolo Stucchi and Deputy Executive Director Paolo Concina.

A Joint Anniversary with Narconon Falco

In March 2024, Narconon Aurora and Narconon Falco held a joint event for the 58th anniversary of the Narconon program, with more than 50 people attending. Deputy Executive Director Paolo Concina of Narconon Aurora served as master of ceremonies, and Executive Director Luca Bertoncelli of Narconon Falco spoke. The event also acknowledged several program graduates.

The Fifty-Ninth Anniversary

The following March, in 2025, Narconon Aurora held an event to mark the 59th anniversary of the Narconon program. Field representatives who work alongside the center were commended for their part in helping to save lives.

A Panel on Drug Rehabilitation in Italy

In July 2025, Executive Director Paolo Stucchi was interviewed by Cusano Media for an expert panel on drug rehabilitation in Italy, giving the center a platform to speak about addiction and recovery to a wider audience.

Narconon Aurora continues its work in the Lombardy countryside, taking people from across Northern Italy through the Narconon program and back to a drug-free life.
