The Narconon program was first incorporated as a Federally Registered Charity in Canada in the 1970's. During the early years there was a street program in Toronto and prison based program in British Columbia. Narconon Trois-Rivieres was established several years ago as our premiere residential drug rehab facility in Canada, delivering the program in both French and English.
