First established in Canada in 1971, the Narconon network opened a street drug rehab program in Toronto in 1972, incorporated as a Federal Registered Charity. Narconon Canada also worked with prison populations in British Columbia.

Narconon Montreal (Trois-Rivieres) is a residential drug rehabilitation and drug education center that services students in both French and English. Narconon Vancouver provides drug prevention and rehabilitation referral services for the Vancouver and British Columbia area.
