WHEREAS, Narconon’s first residential center was opened in California in 1971 and has operated in Southern California for over 30 years; and
WHEREAS, During this time, Narconon’s drug rehabilitation and education program has expanded to over 100 centers in 35 countries; and
WHEREAS, The goal of Narconon San Diego is to create stable, drug-free, ethical and productive members of society; and
WHEREAS, As a result of the long term drug free success by Narconon Southern California, Inc. the new residential facility near Warner Springs in San Diego County has been established, be it therefore
