LT. COL. USMC (RET)
MARK JONES
DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF
NARCONON
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA
U.S.A.

Dear Mr. Jones:

This is to let you know that in the Juvenile Centre of Azcapotzalco, Mexico, the NARCONON programe is the most exciting and rewarding program we ever had.

As a psychologist I worked during the past years with parents and adolescents and their human relationship, but I was never so sure of the results until I engage myself and a group of people with the NARCONON rules and techniques. Our gratitude to Ron Hubbard from my part and the students who have improve their conditions and abilities will remain permanently. The prevention of crime and drug abuse is a hard duty for which we shall use the best tools. I recognize in the conduct of my students the easy way to become more able and aware through the NARCONON study and application, the strength they re-conquer, the responsibility they are able to play again.

We have learned through finding out. We, the students and I, participate in the joy of a game that gives the freedom from limiting conditions within ourselves.

We thank again Mr. Hubbard, and the group of people that have make this possible.

Sincerely yours
