To Whom It May Concern:
I am a medical doctor fully trained in psychiatry. I graduated from New York Medical College in 1957 and completed my residency training in psychiatry at Cedars of Lebanon Hospital, Los Angeles, in 1965. I also had some training at Manhattan State Hospital, N.Y.C., and at the Sul1ivanian Institute tor Psychoanalytic Research in New York City. I have been Psychiatric Consultant to L.A. County Mental Health, L.A. County Health Dept., Dept. of Alcoholic Rehabilitation, and Dept. of Vocational Rehabilitation of the State of California.
Over the past two years I have made an intensive study of the technology of L. Ron Hubbard as specifically to its application to drug rehabilitation. I find that the technology is logical and based on sound, scientific research and theory. The drug program of Narconon is not only workable but the results are excellent when considering the extreme difficulties of the problem. Of all the rehabilitation programs I have researched and evaluated Narconon proves to have the best results and most effective handling of alcoholic and drug problems.
I would sincerely recommend Narconon to handle any drug or alcoholic problem within our community.
