Fernando Tatoya, a l7-year old Bel Air High School student and governor of the Southwest District of Key Clubs International, was recently appointed high school liaison with Narconon-El Paso.

Narconon is an international drug-abuse prevention and rehabilitation program located at 101 Montana.

In a letter to Brent Davis, executive-director of Narconon-Texas, George Ernst, regional governor of the Southwest District of Kiwanis International, wrote, "It is my hope that we can develop your program for use by our Key Clubs. It would be my thought to perhaps initially visit with Ferny (Fernando) with a view toward establishing a program for the El Paso Key Clubs. Later, this could be developed through his 11 Lieutenant governors in Arizona and New Mexico."
